NRSA Grants

In 2021, the City of Owensboro established the Community Catalyst Grants program (CCG) to support and assist developers and investors in the locally designated Northwest Neighborhood Revitalization Strategy Area (NRSA).
Community Catalyst Grants are intended to promote equity and community development in long‐disinvested neighborhoods through funding developers with interest in neighborhood revitalization strategy areas. The property must be located within the Northwest NRSA

The City of Owensboro is currently accepting applications for distribution of this grant money. Martin Brothers Roofing & Remodeling has been recognized as an approved contractor by the City of Owensboro to assist with this revitalization project.
